Our Companies Values
Here in Southern California we are lucky to have to many talented people in the trades. Picking a remodeling contractor can be so tough. The following will demonstrate what’s important to us and how we work as a business. If that aligns with your ideals we’d like to chat.
The Client is the Priority
As a residential remodeling company it’s highly likely we will be in our clients home while they’re still living in it. We understand how difficult this interruption can be on the residents and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. We do that by the following
1
Communication
We let our customers know exactly what to expect. There will be no wondering if and when we will show up, what areas of the house will be affected and how long the project will last.
2
Time-Sensitivity
We have just as little interest with the projects dragging out as our customers. We aim to get projects done as quickly as possible while still delivering the highest quality of work.
3
Care
Each one of our clients has their own set of needs. Knowing this we try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating those things in the schedule, work flow and process.
Cutting Edge Craftsmanship
It’s incredible how quickly things change in the construction industry. Recently there’s been a higher emphasis handling hazardous chemicals, seismic and fire resistance as well as universal design. As the industry continues to grow and evolve with new insights, contractors need not rest on their laurels but continue to implement this new information in their processes. We take this seriously.

Meet The Owner
Our Process
Free Consultation
We start out with a chat about your potential project in your home. In this meeting we strive to listen to your needs and give as much insight as we can.
Estimation and Agreement
After the initial consultation we will put together an estimate to go over with you on the phone and explain the line items. Once we agree on a price and scope then we will sign an agreement. Our goal is to cover our whole scope in this process so change orders won’t be needed after getting started.
Planning and Scheduling
We recommend at least a month for this step, sometimes longer on bigger projects. This gives time to pull permits, Order materials, schedule tests for hazardous chemicals and prepare all the skilled tradesman for the projects. A start date for the remodel will be selected to be able to accommodate these preliminary items so that it can be done efficiently.
Execution
On the day we start your project we will begin to protects the floors, walls and furniture and anything that can be damaged before we begin demolition. We set up air-scrubbers and containments to keep dust to a minimum.
As the work continues in an orderly manner we will keep you in the loop to be make key decisions. This way every day your remodel will look closer to your vision
Final Clean and Walkthrough
As the Project comes to an end we will walk through the contract to make sure all items were met and done properly. This will be followed by a final cleaning so that your space can be used the minute we roll away.

Kaleb Pete
Owner & Lead Remodeler
Ever since I was a kid I’ve wanted to be a builder. I got started in the trades as soon as I graduated high school and have been at It ever since. Over the last 15 years I’ve worked with a plethora of experts who have mastered their craft. Today I try to carry some of that wisdom as I take on new projects for my clients. The remodeling industry is continuing to evolve and I take pride in keeping up with these modern techniques.
In 2020 I started my own business in the remodeling field. It’s been rewarding to get to get to know so many people through this endeavor. Although, wrapping up projects for my clients has always been bitter-sweet as the working relationship has run its course, it’s satisfying to see them get to finally enjoy their newly remodeled space.
My wife and I relocated to Long Beach, California in July 2025 and we moved the business here as well. It’s been a great experience getting to know the local community here in Long Beach but also some of the surrounding areas In LA and OC.
I’m licensed in the State of California as a Residential Remodeling Contractor. I also am a Certified Remodeler with The National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
